Week 1 – 2016

In this week’s baskets:

  • arugula (great in salads, on sandwiches, on pizza)
  • mesclun mix (mixed salad greens)
  • herbs (chives, dill, cilantro, oregano)
  • peppermint (iced tea, hot tea, salads)
  • bok choy (great for stir-fries, scrambled eggs, soups)
  • tat soi (stir-fries, scrambled eggs, soups)
  • kale (salad, stir-fries, scrambled eggs, soups)
  • rhubarb (pie, summer drinks, compote)
  • radishes (salads, raw with salt or dipping sauce, or if you really dislike them: throw at unruly neighbours)
